Lending Manager

We’re looking for a Lending Manager who’s ready to make waves, build people up, and help more West Virginians say YES to their goals. Whether it’s a car, a home, or a fresh start—we want someone who understands the power of access and the impact of saying yes to the right loan at the right time.
🔑 What You’ll Do:
- Lead and inspire our lending team (consumer and real estate lending)
- Oversee day-to-day lending operations, performance, and compliance
- Develop and implement bold lending strategies that align with our community mission
- Monitor risk, improve processes, and drive smart, responsible growth
- Collaborate across departments to launch new products and deliver an awesome member experience
- Use data, heart, and innovation to help people live their best financial lives
👀 What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years of lending experience (2+ years in a leadership role)
- Knowledge of consumer and mortgage lending
- Strategic thinker, community builder, and champion of inclusion
- Experience managing performance, mentoring staff, and driving results
- Someone who’s not afraid to innovate, speak up, and try something new
